Detailing and Cleaning Services
Faith Car Detail provides professional automotive detailing and cleaning services. The specific work performed depends upon the service or detailing package selected by the customer.
Because every vehicle is different, results may vary depending upon the vehicle's age, condition, paint, upholstery, previous maintenance, stains, odors, environmental exposure, and other factors. While we make reasonable efforts to achieve excellent results, we cannot guarantee that every stain, scratch, odor, blemish, oxidation, contaminant, or other imperfection can be completely removed.
Appointments and Scheduling
Appointments are subject to availability. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, vehicle information, location information, and other details reasonably necessary for us to perform the requested service.

Pricing and Additional Work

Vehicles requiring substantially more work than normally expected—including excessive dirt, mud, pet hair, stains, odors, debris, biological contamination, or other unusual conditions—may require additional time and charges.

Customer Responsibilities
Customers should remove cash, jewelry, electronics, medications, important documents, firearms, valuables, and other personal property from their vehicle before detailing begins.
Faith Car Detail is not responsible for personal belongings left inside a vehicle unless loss or damage results from our negligence or other circumstances for which liability cannot legally be excluded.
Customers should also inform us of known problems with their vehicle, including loose or damaged trim, malfunctioning electrical equipment, aftermarket accessories, damaged upholstery, leaking areas, fragile components, or other conditions that could affect the detailing process.
Existing Vehicle Damage
Vehicles may have scratches, dents, chips, cracked or faded materials, loose trim, worn upholstery, paint defects, rust, oxidation, or other pre-existing damage that becomes more noticeable after cleaning.
Faith Car Detail is not responsible for pre-existing damage or deterioration. When appropriate, photographs or other documentation may be made before or after detailing to document the vehicle's condition.
Weather and Mobile Services
When services are performed outdoors or at a customer's location, weather conditions may affect our ability to complete the work safely and effectively. Rain, storms, extreme temperatures, freezing conditions, excessive wind, or other circumstances may require an appointment to be delayed or rescheduled.
Customers requesting mobile services are responsible for ensuring that we have reasonable and lawful access to the vehicle and sufficient space to perform the requested work.
